Therefore, during the installation process, we must pay attention to the handling of all details, especially to make timely adjustments to scratches and damage. Mistakes are not allowed during the installation and operation. Although the imported O-ring itself has relatively high elasticity and deformation strength, the wrong installation will also cause great damage to the sealing components. When the sealing ring is scratched or twisted due to careless installation, this is a typical safety hazard, so be very careful. Before installation, the sealing groove and mating surface must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all impurities. If there are cracks or scratches, replace intact parts in time. At the same time, apply grease evenly on the surface of the O-ring to ensure normal use of the equipment.
In addition, in order to prevent the imported O-ring from being scratched by sharp objects during the installation operation, a certain lead-in angle is left when installing the shaft end and hole section to keep the sealing ring smoothly installed in a fixed position. If you need to pass a thread during installation, you must use a special metal guide sleeve to operate. In addition, when passing through the incision, you must pay more attention to keep the O-ring not touching the sharp part. Normal operation can only be guaranteed when it is intact.
